I installed my version of the EasyPDF 6 by BCL technologies this morning and I have just created my first invoice with it – it is great!

In the past to create a PDF I would create the document in Word, save it, upload it and sit and wait for the email to arrive back with the PDF document attached. And how many times did I then notice a glaring mistake and start again?

But today I have installed the EasyPDF software and recommend it to everyone who might be wanting to create PDF files. Now there is a little button in Word (Word 2000 and later only) and once I saved the invoice I hit that and told it where to save the PDF version. As simple as saving the document!

Excel and anything that can be printed now has the option to save as PDF – it is excellent.

It also means that the Ebooks that I am supposed to be in the process of creating can be quickly converted to PDF – along with the links in the documents remaining as live links! This is great for when the document contains links back to my sites or affiliate sites.

I just can’t get over how easy it is now – I’m trying to find more uses to put it to!
