It is almost time again for us to be inspired and to start writing articles once more! Ezine Articles have announced the prizes for the next round of the HAHD challenge, which starts on Thursday and finishes on New Years Eve.

For those who don’t know what HAHD is, quite simply it is a brilliant incentive to write 100 quality articles of 400 or more words in 100 days – hence 1 Hundred Articles, 1 Hundred Days.

It is quite simple really, but a brilliant idea. Trying to consistently write articles is not an easy task and some sort of motivation is required. Just look at previous rounds at the stats for the numbers who have started and not completed the task to see that is true.

For me, well I managed to achieve the bonus level of writing 200 articles in that time frame and can proudly look at the goodies that arrived as the reward. But once I hit about 208 I dried up, with a bit of the competition left, and haven’t done any serious writing since!

That is why I find these challenges so important. They set me a target and I then make sure I achieve that target. Having written a bank of over 200 articles for the last challenge I now have those articles sending traffic to various sites and plenty of links in from various places.

In preparation for the next round I have been doing my keyword research, which has given me about 40 or so article titles (all to be written), plus I’ve got the first 34 articles written and just in need of final checking.

So I’m well on the way to the goodies for this challenge in the New Year!
